Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort is expanding its housekeeping team with casual opportunities. We seek energetic, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience and thrive in a team-friendly environment.

Applicants with housekeeping experience and strong cleanliness standards are encouraged to apply. Shifts run Monday through Sunday on a rotating roster, with hourly rates starting at AUD 33.85 and increasing on weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
• Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.
• Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
• Building strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to help foster a positive, respectful work environment.

Shift Details (subject to change)

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am
• Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $33.85 per hour
• Saturday: $40.62 per hour
• Sunday: $47.39 per hour

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
