Minor Hotels is expanding its Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort housekeeping team with casual opportunities. The role focuses on maintaining immaculate guest rooms, beds, bathrooms, and public areas while upholding safety and product guidelines. You will work in a busy, team-driven setting.

We value detail, reliability, and strong communication. Training is provided, and shifts vary across a rotating schedule, including weekends, to support guest experiences and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.

Shift Details

Subject to change: Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9.00am.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)

• Monday - Friday: $33.85 per hour
• Saturday: $40.62 per hour
• Sunday: $47.39 per hour

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
• Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
