Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools is seeking a Classroom and Learning Support role at St Paul’s College, Kempsey to support students with diverse learning needs. The successful applicant will work in a team, implement targeted programs, and document progress for individuals and small groups.

Experience with special needs, autism, allergy awareness, and EpiPen training is expected. This is a full-time temporary position commencing 28 January 2027 with a 12-month term.

This role is classified as Level 4 averaged under the NSW and ACT Systemic Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2025 as updated or reviewed.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

• a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
• experience in working with children with special needs, including children on the autistic spectrum
• awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of EpiPen
• ability to successfully implement programs and document progress regarding individual and/or small group support
• preparedness to undergo further training in aiding children with special needs
• experience in working collaboratively with teaching staff in a classroom environment
