Job summary

Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools is seeking a Classroom and Learning Support role at St Paul’s College, Kempsey to support students with diverse learning needs. The successful applicant will work in a team, implement targeted programs, and document progress for individuals and small groups.

Experience with special needs, autism, allergy awareness, and EpiPen training is expected. This is a full-time temporary position commencing 28 January 2027 with a 12-month term.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic ethos and mission.
• Experience working with children with special needs, including autism.
• Awareness of needs of students with allergies and training in EpiPen use.
• Ability to implement programs and document progress for individuals or small groups.
• Willingness to undergo further training for aiding children with special needs.
• Experience collaborating with teaching staff in a classroom.
