Job summary

• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to lodge new claims.
• Accurately record and maintain claim information in internal systems.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to progress claims.
• Ensure work aligns with TAL policies, procedures and service standards.
• Adhere to Privacy legislation and Life Insurance Code of Practice.
• Collaborate with TAL Claims teams and other departments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.
• Provide high-quality support and timely updates on claim progress.
