NXG Group in Sydney is seeking a full-time Claims Officer to join our growing team. This client-focused, detail-oriented role manages insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring timely processing and compliant handling.

You will collaborate with brokers, strata managers, insurers, and clients, provide clear communication, investigate claims, identify risks, and support process improvements while maintaining confidentiality.

The Claims Officer role is a client-focused and detail-oriented role responsible for managing insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement. The role ensures claims are assessed, investigated, and resolved efficiently while delivering exceptionalclient and stakeholderservice andmaintaining compliance with policy requirements and industry standards.

This role works closely with brokers, strata managers, insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely claim outcomes, resolve enquiries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes and service delivery.
