Placements24 is seeking a proactive Claims Handler to join its Motor Department in Queenstown. You will manage motor insurance claims from report to settlement, ensuring compliance with policy terms and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include evaluating claims, gathering documents, liaising with policyholders, repairers and insurers, and approving settlements while maintaining accurate records and adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims handling , preferably within the motor insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle insurance policies and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a caseload efficiently.
