As a Claims Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering fair, efficient and customer‑centric end‑to‑end claims management, with a particular focus on motor claims alongside a broader portfolio. You’ll work closely with brokers, repairers, assessors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of claims, contributing to Rural Affinity’s mission of becoming “the Obvious Choice” for our partners.
This role offers meaningful scope to build on your existing motor claims exposure, develop your technical capability across a wider range of claim types, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
