Castle Insurance is expanding its Claims Team nationwide and seeks a Claims Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to handle end-to-end claims. You will manage a portfolio, communicate clearly with customers, assess policy coverage, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely settlements.

The role offers hybrid work options and development opportunities. You must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service while building rapport with customers

Qualificações

• Proven background in handling claims from start to finish.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of claims handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently process a portfolio of claims.
• Guide customers through the claims process with timely, professional communication.
• Manage claim portfolio and ensure accurate estimates with regular customer updates.
• Interpret policy wording to determine coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for smooth claims processing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, delivering professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Management: You'll be responsible for the efficient processing of a portfolio of claims.

Guide Customers through the Claims Process: You'll provide timely, informative, and professional communication to ensure our customers understand the claims process and receive a fair settlement for valid claims.

Claim Portfolio Management: Collect necessary information and documents to proceed with claims, ensuring the accuracy of estimates. You'll maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring communication at least every 10 working days for open claims.

Interpretation of Policy Wording: You'll assess the policy wording to determine the extent of coverage for each claim.

Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued suppliers to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution.

Face & Voice of Castle Insurance: As the Claims Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, always interacting with professionalism and dedication.

• Proven background in handling claims from start to finish.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of claims handling experience is required.
