Job summary

TAL Australia is seeking a Change Manager to lead the coordination and prioritisation of change initiatives across the Claims portfolio. You will assess business impacts, drive readiness, and partner with stakeholders to align delivery with priorities.

In this role, you’ll deliver thoughtful change across systems and processes, empower adoption, and support continuous improvement while contributing to TAL’s purpose of protecting Australians and giving them confidence for the future.

Qualifications

• Bring experience delivering change on complex transformation, integration or systems-related initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and adoption.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and deliver practical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex information into simple, meaningful messages.

• Partner with stakeholders to align change delivery with business priorities, capacity and objectives.
• Enable sustainable change through targeted engagement, communication and support strategies.
• Strengthen change governance, visibility and continuous improvement across Claims operations.
