Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic initiatives and implementation activities across TPD Claims.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, manage deliverables and drive readiness.
• Coordinate overall TPD training program schedule.
• Track initiative progress and provide reporting for informed decision-making.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and quality standards while delivering customer-focused outcomes.
