In this role you will analyse change initiatives, build stakeholder relationships, and coordinate readiness activities to deliver meaningful improvements for customers. You will develop clear communications and support leaders with tools to drive successful, people-led change.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, program or change delivery, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve shared outcomes.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and identify practical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, using active listening and influencing skills to support change.
• Manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate adaptability, resilience and a positive team mindset when working through change and ambiguity.
