• Strong life insurance claims experience with understanding of claims operations and customer journeys.
• Track record of delivering improvements that enhance customer and business outcomes.
• Ability to apply practical claims expertise to solve complex problems and drive better ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence positive change.

• Lead the redesign of claims processes and experiences to deliver better outcomes for customers and partners.
• Apply deep claims expertise to identify opportunities for innovation, simplification and continuous improvement.
• Shape future-state claims solutions by translating operational insights into practical business improvements.
• Influence strategic transformation initiatives through expert knowledge of claims operations and customer needs.
• Partner with stakeholders across Claims and the broader business to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
• Champion customer-centric thinking to create trusted, efficient and compliant claims experiences.
