Job summary

TAL in Sydney is seeking a Change Lead to help the Claims business navigate change that improves outcomes for customers and partners. You will connect priorities, initiatives and people to ensure change is delivered thoughtfully and adopted effectively in a dynamic environment.

Working across multiple teams, you will lead governance, build readiness, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with TAL's purpose of protecting Australians and giving them confidence for the future.

Qualifications

• Bring experience delivering change on complex transformation, integration or systems-related initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and adoption.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and deliver practical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex information into simple, meaningful messages.
• Adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity while effectively managing multiple competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and prioritisation of change initiatives across the Claims portfolio.
• Assess business impacts and risks to support informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
• Drive business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Partner with stakeholders to align change delivery with business priorities, capacity and objectives.
• Enable sustainable change through targeted engagement, communication and support strategies.
• Strengthen change governance, visibility and continuous improvement across Claims operations.
