Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking Claims Assessors to join our team across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will manage a portfolio of life, health and workers' compensation claims, and interact with customers to clearly explain decisions.

Successful candidates bring claims assessment experience, strong stakeholder skills and a customer-first mindset. We offer a hybrid work model with office-based collaboration two days per week, support through training, and a promise to help people live Healthier,

Qualifications

• Previous claims assessing experience in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, Health Insurance or similar industries
• Allied Health and Superannuation Admin experience considered
• Maintaining quality stakeholder relationships
• Customer-first approach

Due to growth, we are seeking Claims Assessors to join AIA. We have multiple opportunities for Claims Assessors in Group, Retail and LTIP. You can be based in one of our state-of-the-art offices across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

To do this successfully you will

• Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.

• Investigating and resolving disputes.

Successful applications will demonstrate

• Previous claims assessing experience in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, Health Insurance or similar industries
