Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking Claims Assessors to join award-winning teams across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, handling claims holistically to deliver timely outcomes and resolving disputes.

Candidates should have experience in Life Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Health Insurance or similar, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement applies with on-site offices available.

Qualifications

• Previous claims assessing experience in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, Health Insurance or similar industries.
• Allied Health and Superannuation Admin experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.
• Investigating and resolving disputes.
• Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.
