City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is seeking a skilled Civil Works Coordinator to lead delivery of the Council’s annual Civil Infrastructure Capital Works Program, renewing roads, footpaths, kerbs and gutters across the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters. You will work with lead contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets community expectations.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field, strong contract administration

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects and managing contractors.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop schedules for the Civil Capital Works Program and allocate resources.
• Build positive relationships with contractors.
• Oversee delivery to ensure on time, on budget, quality.
• Act as first contact for inquiries from residents and businesses.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and quality.
• Maintain financial records and process invoices.
• Assist with other renewal projects when required.
