Job summary

Aaro Group, a leading Australian civil construction and pipeline rehabilitation company, invites applications for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Perth-based metro team. You will oversee daily civil construction activities on site, manage pipeline installations, and ensure safety and environmental compliance across projects.

Lead and mentor teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and drive high-performance delivery on diverse projects.

About the role:

• Oversee and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site
• Manage the installation of pipelines and other underground infrastructure
• Drive compliance with relevant safety and environmental requirements

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role, with a focus on civil construction, pipelines and underground services
• Experience with micro tunnelling and associated activities is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to deliver quality outcomes within project timeframes
• Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
