GR Engineering Services Limited is seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our Construction team in Western Australia, supervising civil contractors on large projects. This is a growth phase with strong career progression and exposure to EPC-style work.

You will enforce safety, lead a diverse trades team, review site plans, identify risks, and ensure compliance with client and company standards. A trade qualification and 10+ years of supervisory civil construction experience are required.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a supervisory capacity within civil construction.
• Trade qualification essential.
• Experience managing onsite contractors on large Tier 1 contracts.
• Knowledge of current safety legislation and standards in construction and mining.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid National Police clearance.
• Ability to pass full medical and DAS.
• S26, current first aid and white card essential.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Civil Supervisors to join our Construction team, supervising our civil contractors across major projects in Western Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to join GRES during a period of significant growth, offering excellent potential for professional development and career progression.

These positions would suit Supervisors who have a proven track record of success in supervising Civil Construction (concrete) on large and complex construction projects, preferably with EPC style projects

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring proper training and support for all personnel, and meeting HSE standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Supervisory capacity specifically within the Civil Construction space.
• Trade qualification essential
• Experience in managing onsite contractors on large Tier 1 contracts.
• Knowledge of current safety legislation and standards in the construction and mining sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership abilities.
• Valid National Police clearance.
• The ability to pass a full medical and DAS
• S26, current first aid and white card - essential
