Job summary

KMH Workforce is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead a major FMG civil bulk earthworks project, with mobilisation in late September/early October 2026. The role is a site leadership position responsible for day-to-day construction activities, safety, quality and timely delivery on site.

You will manage large site teams, coordinate with the Project Manager and engineering team, and ensure production targets, schedules and resource requirements are met on a 2:1 FIFO roster from

Qualifications

• Must complete Schedule 26 Supervisor Course and DMIRS Exam.
• Experience as Civil Superintendent or Senior Supervisor.
• Strong bulk earthworks and civil construction background.
• FIFO experience in mining preferred.
• Proven leadership of large site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Australian working rights.

KMH Workforce are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join a major FMG civil bulk earthworks project, with mobilisation commencing in late September/early October 2026.
This is a key site leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, site personnel and project delivery.
About the Role

• Lead and supervise civil bulk earthworks operations on site
• Oversee site crews, supervisors, plant and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to project specifications

About You

• Previous mining/FIFO experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site operations
• Proven ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple work fronts
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
