Job summary

Adelaide Croatia Raiders in South Australia is seeking an experienced Subdivision Supervisor to lead subdivision projects, including bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage and road construction across the region.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate with Project Engineers and Project Managers, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, ideally within subdivision.
• Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage and road construction.
• Experience managing civil crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and site safety.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.
• Relevant civil construction experience within Australia.
• A strong commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects from construction through to completion
• Manage site crews, subcontractors and plant
• Coordinate bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage and road construction
• Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project plans, specifications and safety requirements
• Monitor productivity, quality and project timelines
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants
• Assist with planning and sequencing of works
• Manage materials, plant and resources on site

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Subdivision Supervisor to join a well-established Tier 2 civil construction contractor delivering a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across South Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Supervisor who has a strong background in residential subdivision, including bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer, drainage, roads and associated civil infrastructure.

You will play a key role in leading site teams and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role
