North Melbourne is the focus of a leading civil contractor recruiting for a Site Supervisor to oversee a major subdivision project. The role requires steering site crews, coordinating multi-front activities and liaising with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Candidates will have proven leadership in site supervision for subdivision and civil infrastructure, with strong communication and organisational capabilities to drive safety, quality and productivity on a large-scale development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background delivering large-scale subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of civil construction methodologies and site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
