Job summary

Our client is a well-established national civil contractor delivering renewable energy and transport infrastructure across Australia. They seek an experienced Supervisor - Structures to oversee concrete/structures scopes on a large renewable energy project in Regional South Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, coordinating crews, plant, and subcontractors while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards to meet project schedules and client

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on large-scale civil or mining projects.
• Strong background delivering concrete structures and associated civil infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising site-based crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of site productivity, planning, and daily work coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across civil construction activities.
• Coordinate crews, plant, labour, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Promote and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all work fronts.
• Monitor daily progress and productivity against project schedules. Work closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and site leadership team to achieve project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders on site.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
