Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking multiple experienced foreman or site supervisors to join a well-established national business. You will support a very experienced project team, drive subcontractors on site, and assist with site safety, QA, toolbox talks and solving construction issues on residential and commercial builds in Queensland.

You will work on projects valued between $1M and $5M, enjoy a clear career progression path, and join a team that supports your development.

Qualifications

• Worked on residential and commercial new build projects $1M - $5M
• Excellent subbie management skills
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Able to work in team environment
• Motivated to contribute to a business and grow your own career
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Able to pass a medical, drug & alcohol tests
• Willing and able to travel for work

These roles are all due to growth and a 2-year pipeline of secured work. You will be presented the opportunity to work on modular projects throughout Queensland.

You will be responsible for assisting a very experienced project team with driving subcontractors on site as well as assisting with site safety, toolbox talks, QA and dealing with any construction issues.
