Job summary

BMD is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our Perth-based team. You will lead direct labour and contracting groups, ensuring safe delivery of civil earthworks in line with project schedules and quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with the Superintendent and stakeholders, driving planning and on-site execution while maintaining a strong safety culture and a constructive, family-valued work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction or resources.
• Hands-on civils/earthworks background on major road projects.
• Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead allocated work scope safely, on time and to quality standards.
• Drive safe outcomes and uphold BMD safety culture.
• Assist planning and scheduling for the works area.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on site.
• Mentor direct labour and contracting groups; foster high morale.
