Job summary

BMD Group is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead a key wind farm project in South Australia. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and ensure earthworks, roads and drainage are delivered on schedule and to specification.

Reporting to senior supervision, you will drive safe execution, manage stakeholder relationships with clients and engineers, and foster a collaborative project environment across the site in Palmyra? (Palmer) region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale civil infrastructure, renewable energy or mining projects.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage and bulk civil construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• A thorough understanding of safety management in a construction environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current White Card and valid driver\'s licence.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our project team on the Palmer Wind Farm in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key in the delivery of a significant renewable energy project. Reporting to the General Superintendent and Senior Project Manager, you’ll coordinate and lead teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
