BMD is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for the Palmer Wind Farm project in South Australia. You will coordinate and lead site teams to deliver earthworks, roads and drainage safely and efficiently, aligning with project specifications and schedules.

Reporting to the General Superintendent and Senior Project Manager, you will drive safety culture, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with engineers and client representatives to ensure successful delivery of this renewable energy

• Monitor construction progress, quality and project specifications, addressing onsite challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams and client representatives to support successful project delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our project team on the Palmer Wind Farm in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key in the delivery of a significant renewable energy project.

Reporting to the General Superintendent and Senior Project Manager, you’ll coordinate and lead teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities including earthworks, roads, drainage and associated works.
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to safely deliver project objectives and programme milestones.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with BMD and client HSEQ requirements.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials to optimise project performance and productivity.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and project specifications, addressing onsite challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams and client representatives to support successful project delivery.

About You

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale civil infrastructure, renewable energy or mining projects.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage and bulk civil construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• A thorough understanding of safety management in a construction environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence.
