Job summary

BMD Group is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead a key wind farm project in South Australia. You will coordinate crews and subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and ensure earthworks, roads and drainage are delivered on schedule and to specification.

Reporting to senior supervision, you will drive safe execution, manage stakeholder relationships with clients and engineers, and foster a collaborative project environment across the site in Palmyra? (Palmer) region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale civil infrastructure, renewable energy or mining projects.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage and bulk civil construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• A thorough understanding of safety management in a construction environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current White Card and valid driver\'s licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities including earthworks, roads, drainage and associated works.
• Lead site crews and subcontractors to safely deliver project objectives and programme milestones.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with BMD and client HSEQ requirements.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials to optimise project performance and productivity.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and project specifications, addressing onsite challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams and client representatives to support successful project delivery.
