Job summary

Enerven is seeking an experienced Commissioning Officer to lead high-voltage system commissioning on renewable infrastructure projects across Australia. You will perform pre-energisation testing, FAT/SAT, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance to support efficient project delivery.

You could be based in South Australia or New South Wales with rosters typical to large HV projects and a requirement to travel to site locations across the country.

Qualifications

• A relevant electrical trade qualification with HV testing/commissioning experience.
• Full/unrestricted Electrical Licence OR a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical commissioning within high-voltage environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of commissioning activities for E&I systems.
• Conduct FAT/SAT for new and refurbished systems.
• Drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance across HV projects.
• Review designs and provide technical input to project teams.
• Develop commissioning procedures and test records.
• Coordinate with SCADA, controls and mechanical teams for system integration.
• Support fault finding and issue resolution during commissioning.
• Prepare FAT/SAT documentation and project closeout drawings.
