BMD Group is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for major resources projects in regional WA on a FIFO 2:1 roster. You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, and drive short- and medium-term planning to safely deliver your scope of works.

Formación

• FIFO supervisory experience within civil construction or infrastructure.
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced site environment.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.
• Experience in roads, earthworks, drainage or major civil infrastructure projects highly regarded.
• A team-first attitude and desire to contribute to a positive project culture
