CGC Recruitment is seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to join a civil contractor on a site-based temporary contract. The role supports the project team with commercial administration and health and safety documentation, based on either South West Sydney or Northern Beaches.

Two site locations are available with an immediate start for the right candidate. You will gain hands-on civil infrastructure experience within a Tier 1/Tier 2 style project team.

Formación

• Experience in administration, accounts or contract admin in construction or civil.
• Hands-on invoicing experience.
• Familiarity with H&S documentation and site compliance requirements.
• Current NSW White Card and a valid driver’s licence.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process invoices and progress claims.
• Process subcontractor and supplier invoices and keep payment records up to date.
• Assist with day-to-day contract administration and project documentation.
• Support the site team with health and safety paperwork, including inductions, SWMS, permits, toolbox talks and registers.
• Maintain filing, document control and site records.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team.
• Provide general site administration support as required.
