Next Level Consulting Solutions in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Civil Roller Operator / Labourer for a Rochedale project. The role combines operating smaller pavement rollers with general civil labour, supporting the crew to get the job done efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have civil construction experience, be comfortable in a smaller crew, and show initiative. White Card holders with roller experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating rollers or similar civil plant.
• Willing to work on the ground and off the machine as needed.
• Comfortable in a small crew and versatile roles.
• Able to anticipate tasks and act proactively.
• Reliable and easy to work with.
• Willing to take initiative and cover tasks before asked.
• Construction White Card

Responsibilities

• Operate smaller pavement rollers as part of the civil crew.
• Assist with general civil labouring to keep the crew productive.
• Support the supervisor and complete duties on site as required.
