Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a reliable civil labourer for a major project in Gympie. You will operate rollers on civil works and assist with trenching, backfilling and site cleanup. This is a local role with weekday daytime hours.

Join a busy site team, follow safety procedures, and contribute to road building activities on a major infrastructure project in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
• White construction induction card.
• RII Roller Ticket.
• Experience in roller operation and civil labouring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate 8t-12t rollers on civil projects.
• Spot machinery, site cleanup, trenching and backfilling.
• Support road building duties on site.

About Our Client

Our client is a major construction and engineering company specializing in large-scale infrastructure and urban development projects across Queensland and New South Wales. They handle bulk earthworks, road networks, rail infrastructure, airport upgrades, and trunk water and sewer services for private developers and government clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operating Rollers between 8t-12t on civil project
• Civil labouring spotting machinery, site clean up, trenching, backfilling
• Road building duties

Shift Structure

Monday to Friday 6:30am to 5pm

What is Required

• Drivers Licence + reliable transport
• White construction card
• RII Roller Ticket
• Experience in above duties!
• Good work ethic and reliability!
