Job summary

Workfast is seeking an All-Round Operator for civil works in Lara, VIC. You will operate 30–40 tonne excavators, water carts and sweepers, and assist with drainage and bulk handling tasks as part of a busy team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in civil operations, White Card, and tickets for excavator, water cart and sweeper, plus a Victorian HR licence. This full-time role offers 8-hour days, overtime opportunities, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Full working rights in Australia.
• White Card.
• Excavator ticket and Water Cart ticket required.
• Sweeper experience and ticket required.
• Current Victorian HR Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in civil operations.
• Excellent health and safety behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Operate 30–40 tonne excavators.
• Operate water carts and sweepers.
• Rock breaking and bulk handling.
• General civil and drainage works.
• Assist with general labouring duties as required.
• Work across various site environments.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
