VIS Group PTY LTD in Victoria is seeking an experienced Excavator/Bobcat operator to join our civil team in Narre Warren. You will operate excavators 1.7t-5.5t and bobcats to renew and construct footpaths and drainage works, ensuring clean execution and safety.

Ideal candidates have civil/drainage experience, White Card, a current driver's licence, and a team-focused work ethic with a commitment to quality. We offer full-time work, monthly RDOs, overtime opportunities, and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil or drainage industry.
• White Card (essential).
• Current driver’s licence (HR/HC licence an advantage).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
• Commitment to safety and producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators 1.7t–5.5t and bobcats.
• Complete footpath renewals and construction.
• Perform drainage construction.
