Job summary

Pentacon is seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our Mackay team for essential earthworks, drainage, and site rehabilitation projects. You will operate rollers, tippers, skid steers, and other civil plant, perform pre-start checks, and maintain safety standards on-site.

Local to Mackay Region, valid HR licence, White Card, and a strong safety focus are required. A 12-week project with potential extension and a 5/2 roster apply, with some Saturdays and DIDO possible.

Qualifications

• Local to the Mackay Region essential.
• Previous experience operating plant in civil construction.
• Valid Australian HR Driver’s Licence.
• Detailed Excavation, highly regarded.
• White Card.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork attitude.
