Job summary

Exact Contracting seeks Skilled Civil Plant Operators for remote projects in South Australia. You will operate Graders, Excavators, Dozers and Loaders on bulk earthworks, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. HR licence and White Card are essential, plant tickets desirable.

We offer flights or travel allowance, site accommodation and meals, plus a retention bonus and clear career progression within a growing civil and mining-focused contractor.

Qualifications

• Current HR driver's licence is essential.
• Current Construction White Card is essential.
• GPS experience is highly desirable.
• Nationally accredited plant tickets are desirable.
• Experience on civil projects or mine sites.
• Proven commitment to health and safety.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders, excavators, dozers and loaders on remote civil projects.
• Maintain high safety standards and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team on bulk earthworks.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

• Dozers:CAT D8, D9, D10 and D11;
• Loaders:CAT 966, 980, 988 and 992

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Current HR driver's licence(essential);
• Current ConstructionWhite card(essential);
• Nationally accredited plant tickets(desirable);
• GPS experience(highly desirable);
• Final trim experience (desirable);
• Previous plant operating experience on a civil project or mine site;
• Proven commitment to health and safety;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team; and
• Personal drive and results orientated.
