WorkPac Group in the Mackay region is seeking Multiskilled Operators and Excavator Operators for civil projects on a 7/7 roster. Roles include Excavators (GPS experience), Bulk Water Cart, HR Drivers, Roller Operators, and Multiskilled Operators across sites.

We offer competitive hourly rates, weekly pay, and camp accommodation. Candidates must pass drug/alcohol tests, complete a pre-employment medical, hold a current licence, and demonstrate reliable, safety‑mocussed work history.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
• Undergo a pre-employment Medical.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Proven operating experience relevant to the role applied for.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Reliable employment history and positive attitude.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Construction Operators for 7/7 Roster:

• Excavators (Final Trim with GPS experience highly desired)
• Bulk Water Cart
• HR Drivers
• Roller Operators
• Multiskilled Operators

What You Will Need

• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
• Undergo a pre-employment Medical
• Current Driver's Licence
• Proven operating experience relevant to the role applied for
