We deliver a diverse range of projects across Victoria and interstate, including public spaces, commercial properties, industrial sites and civil infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced Civil Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on leader who can manage crews, coordinate projects, operate heavy machinery and take responsibility for delivering works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish across public spaces, commercial areas, industrial sites and civil works.
This role suits an experienced Supervisor, Foreman, Project Lead or Senior Operator who is comfortable working both on the tools and managing people, plant and project requirements.
You will coordinate site activities, supervise crews and subcontractors, operate a range of heavy machinery as required, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to specification.
