Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Civil Supervisor to support a current project in Albion, VIC. You will oversee site activities, ensure safe, compliant delivery, and lead on-site teams with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Local candidates are essential; RIW is required, and experience with deep excavation or shoring box installation is highly desirable. You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to achieve milestones while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• RIW (Rail Industry Worker) essential.
• Deep excavation and shoring box installation experience highly desirable.
• Coordinating and organising skills to achieve timelines; able to plan and schedule tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Drive to lead by example on site.
• Commitment to a safe working environment.
• Sound proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Valid Open Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Right to work in Australia.
• Must be locally based; no accommodation provided.
