Job summary

Interflow in Melbourne is seeking energetic team members to join our waste water field crews. Permanent full-time roles offering overtime and a supportive work environment.

You will perform general labouring, site preparation, and operate plant and equipment for pipeline renewal projects. We value safety, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Training provided; applicants with plumbing, CCTV, or civil construction experience encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labouring is advantageous.
• Valid Driver's Licence is required.
• OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card) is required.
• Must be willing to work across North and West Melbourne.
• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing will be conducted.

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for new team members to join our waste water field crews. The positions are permanent full-time offering a rewarding remuneration package including regular overtime.

Responsibilities include:

• General labouring including site preparation and onsite support
• Operating state-of-the-art Plant & Equipment in pipeline renewal (cleaning and assessments, pipe lining, junction cut & seal and flow management)

Your background may be from one of the following:

• Pipe maintenance experience such as cleaning, pipe lining, CCTV, plumbing, etc
• Water or wastewater infrastructure
• Civil Construction
• Previous sealing or lining experience is preferred but not essential
• Or you might be looking to break into the industry, either way we would like to chat with you - We value our people and are ready to invest in you, providing all required training!

You will bring:

• Previous experience pipeline infrastructure such as cleaning, pipe lining, CCTV, plumbing or similar is ideal but not essential
• Valid Drivers Licence
• OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
• The ability to work on sites across North & West Melbourne
• Good work ethic and positive work attitude
• A strong focus on safety
• HR or MR licence, Confined Space Entry, Excavator ticket and Working at Heights licences are desirable but not essential

To make sure that you’re fully fit to join our team you will be subject to a pre-employment medical (including a drug & alcohol test). Please be aware that these roles may require you to enter confined spaces, successful candidates will be provided with certified confined spaces training if required.
