Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects in Darwin, NT. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Based in Darwin with occasional travel across the NT, you will apply Civil Engineering expertise to drive project delivery while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years’ experience in civil construction project management.
• Experience delivering Defence projects is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations throughout the NT.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Synergie Australia is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our client’s team in Darwin, NT. Our client is a locally owned and operated Northern Territory civil construction company delivering quality infrastructure, subdivision, defence, road, and earthworks projects across the NT. With a strong reputation for safety, quality, and reliability, we continue to grow and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Darwin.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across the Northern Territory. This role will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The position will be based in Darwin, with travel to regional and remote project locations required from time to time.
