Job summary

Quality People is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to own major subdivision, road and civil infrastructure projects across the Territory. You will drive performance across programme, cost, quality, safety and productivity while leading project teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a practical approach to construction and proven capability across subdivisions, land development and associated civil works.

Qualifications

• Subdivisions and land development experience required.
• Roadworks and civil infrastructure experience required.
• Earthworks, drainage, sewer and water experience required.
• Pavements and supporting infrastructure experience preferred.

• Develop and manage programmes, budgets and delivery strategies

We have been engaged by a long-established Northern Territory civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager to take ownership of major subdivision, road and civil infrastructure projects across the Territory.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Established for more than 50 years, this Northern Territory contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality civil infrastructure across urban, regional and remote environments. The business has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio spanning subdivisions, roads, bridges, bulk earthworks, transport infrastructure and major civil works. With an experienced team, strong project capability and an ongoing pipeline of work, the business continues to deliver significant projects across the Territory while maintaining a practical, hands‑on approach to construction, safety, quality and client outcomes.

THE ROLE

As Civil Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders. You’ll drive performance across programme, cost, quality, safety and productivity, while providing strong leadership across the project team.
