Job summary

Foundation Recruitment is assisting a long-established Northern Territory civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager. Take ownership of major subdivision, road and civil infrastructure projects across the Territory, driving performance across program, cost, quality, safety and productivity.

You will lead a team of site professionals, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring successful delivery from planning through to completion while maintaining strong client and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Subdivisions and land development knowledge is essential.
• Roadworks and civil infrastructure experience is required.
• Earthworks, drainage, sewer and water understanding is needed.
• Pavements and supporting infrastructure expertise is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects.
• Develop and manage programs, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Lead Project Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage forecasting, variations, progress claims and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Drive quality, safety, productivity and project performance.
• Provide leadership and direction across project delivery.

We have been engaged by a long-established Northern Territory civil contractor to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager to take ownership of major subdivision, road and civil infrastructure projects across the Territory.

The business has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio spanning subdivisions, roads, bridges, bulk earthworks, transport infrastructure and major civil works. THE ROLE

As Civil Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders. You’ll drive performance across program, cost, quality, safety and productivity, while providing strong leadership across the project team.
