Job summary

Egis is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Urban Development team on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. You will deliver design and documentation for land development and civil infrastructure projects, building on Egis’ portfolio of award-winning work across South East Queensland.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a civil engineer within a consultancy environment.
Knowledge of land development and/or infrastructure projects local to QLD.
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
Understanding of civil design principles pertaining to land development, storm water, civil infrastructure, roads and/or mining/resources.

Responsibilities

Deliver and manage Civil and Infrastructure designs within broad acre greenfield and brownfield redevelopment.
Design of major and minor drainage infrastructure with hydrological principles and water management.
Deliver and manage water and sewer designs in accordance with SEQ Water standards.
Prepare relevant servicing and development reports.
Work closely with the Urban Development team and sub-consultants.
Foster relationships with clients to generate new business.
