Job summary

Westlake Punnett & Associates Pty Ltd, a growing Structural and Civil Engineering consultancy with offices in Wollongong, Nowra and Ulladulla, is seeking Civil Engineers to join our Wollongong team. You will work on design projects, modelling, reports and documentation under Senior Engineers, with opportunities to inspect and certify projects.

We expect a minimum MIEAust with 5+ years post-graduate experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and 12D, and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum level of MIEAust (5+ years post-graduate experience).
• Experience with AutoCAD and 12D.
• Able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Good communication and rapport with clients.
• Good written communication and report writing skills.
• Experience with inspections and certifications.
• Valid Australian Drivers License.
• Experience with quoting and tendering on Engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously and as part of a team under Senior Engineers on design projects, modelling, reports, inspection work and documentation.
• Support design, modelling and documentation efforts for civil and structural projects.
• Participate in inspections and project certifications as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Westlake Punnett & Associates Pty Ltd is a growing Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Wollongong, Nowra and Ulladulla working on a wide variety of Civil Engineering projects in the residential, commercial, industrial and public works sectors.

About the role

We are seeking Civil Engineers to join our teams in Wollongong. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team under the direction of Senior Engineers on design projects, modelling, reports, inspection work and documentation.

Skills and experience
