The role requires an Advanced Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, plus demonstrated civil design experience and proficiency in 12d and MicroStation.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Designer to join our Perth team. As our client portfolio continues to grow across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will support and strengthen our engineering and design capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Designer to be part of a supportive, collaborative and growing team.

Our Civil and Hydrology teams deliver a full suite of civil services including bulk earthworks design, road design, stormwater design, utility services design, traffic engineering, rail and heavy haul rail engineering, and contract management. We specialise in optimising bulk earthworks and provide design, documentation and construction support services across a wide range of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Designers and the Design Manager in delivering high-quality, well-presented and compliant design deliverables in accordance with Agilitus systems and procedures.
• Produce accurate, well-documented and conforming 2D and 3D design deliverables using relevant design software and project standards.
• Ensure design outputs meet client requirements, Australian Standards and applicable regulations.
• Deliver work within prescribed budgets, schedules and project objectives while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
