Job summary

Agilitus is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our Perth team, helping deliver civil services across road infrastructure, bulk earthworks, stormwater, and utilities. You will support and expand our design capabilities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on exciting projects.

The role emphasizes leading a civil design effort, contributing from concept to commissioning, and producing visuals/animations as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in engineering or applicable drafting traineeship is required or preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide technical support across the Civil team.
• Proficiency in 12D and Microstation software.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join our Perth team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Designer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Our civil and hydrology teams deliver a full suite of civil services including bulk earthworks design, roadwork design, stormwater design, utility services design, traffic engineering, rail and heavy haul rail engineering, and contract management. We specialise in optimising bulk earthworks and provide design, documentation, and construction support services on all aspects of road infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assisting lead designers with project drafting teams.
• Undertaking Civil design tasks from concept through to commissioning.
• Assist in preparation of visualisations and animations as required.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Advanced Diploma in engineering or applicable drafting traineeship (or similar)
