Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice for civil design including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, construction staging, constructability, and interfaces with other disciplines.
• Develop technical and feasibility studies and development of drawings that satisfy technical specifications.
• Design coordination for projects or components of projects with other design disciplines to ensure design integrity.
• Managing effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
• Providing direction to the project team and promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk assessments and mitigation and best value design options.
• Working with junior engineers, designers and drafters and guiding them in delivery and their professional development.
