Job summary

Workpac Group is seeking a experienced Construction Leading Hand/Site Supervisor for a Moranbah North civil project in Queensland. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily activities, assist earthworks, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Offer: 7:7 roster with day shift only, meals and accommodation provided, weekly pay. Targeting strong leaders with 4+ years in civil construction and current drivers license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Leading Hand or similar civil construction role.
• Demonstrated civil construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting civil construction crews.
• Coordinating daily activities to meet project requirements.
• Assisting with earthworks, trenching and infrastructure works.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring compliance with site safety procedures.
• Liaising with supervisors and site personnel.
• Supporting project schedules and productivity targets.
